Sensational breakfast with a good choice of options to choose from. Perfect and excellent location right on the front central to everything, in the pretty nice area. 15 minutes walk from a restored Victorian pier.

Freshly decorated budget suite was a highlight for us. The room had a fairly clean bathroom and an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and TV. The location was magnificent and ideal, really close to the seafront in a good central position to catch the tram as well as the Pleasure beach, in a pretty nice area.

The hotel is gorgeous, has brilliant and super location just off central and south shore, pier with the rides, and the illuminations. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to King Edward Vii with nice drinks.

The location was perfect, right on the promenade and close to all the amenities. The room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection to choose from. We also enjoyed the entertainment provided. it was a wonderful experience.
